ABM-Talk des DFG-Projekts: Seeing Antisemitism Through Law: High Promises or Indeterminacies? Vortrag von Prof. Dr. Ralf Michaels, LL.M. (Cambrigde), Kommentar von Prof. Dr. Christoph Möllers, LL.M. (Chicago)

The DFG funded project Seeing Antisemitism Through Law aims to unpack how law confronts antisemitism in Europe and beyond. Led by Prof. Dr. Thilo Marauhn and Dr. Reut Paz, the research team embarks on a comparative analysis of law combatting antisemitism in Europe and beyond. In particular we aim to provide insights into the extent to which court rulings are (in-) adequate to address antisemitism in Germany, Poland, France and in the United Kingdom. It is in this context that we organize the Abraham Bar Menachem (ABM*) talks on various aspects of our research.

Organizers: Prof. Dr. Thilo Marauhn, M.Phil. / Dr. Reut Paz MA/LLM
